Mike, Irene and their team restored our 1958 Morgan +4 over a period of 8 years. Throughout the restoration they were very flexible in fitting in with our requirements and very adaptable time wise by staging work to fit into our budget. Mike was very helpful with suggestions and advice regarding options along the way. We were extremely pleased with the end result and the car has continued to attract complimentary remarks wherever we have been. During this period Mike and Irene have become friends of ours and we can thoroughly recommend them and The Surgery to any classic vehicle owners
We two have been going to Intermarque days for some time (15 years, I guess) and all the time they just keep getting better and better. We know a lot of people are involved, the Intermarque Committee, Mike and Irene of The Surgery of course, scrutineers, time keepers, marshals.... A big thank you to all involved. Mike and Irene, we want to let you know that we really appreciate what you do for the Intermarque series
I found Mike, Irene and the staff very approachable and dedicated to their craft. They can be as proud of the Monaro as I am and I will be willing to recommend them as top of the line restorers
I would like to express my gratitude for all of your work done in restoring the car to my satisfaction and particularly for the opportunity to have the input that I desired as work progressed. I really appreciate your advice in accessing parts and service. Member of The Constructors Car Club and The Daimler & Lanchester Owners’ N.Z.
I would like to offer my congratulation on a job well done. We in the airline industry are very particular about maintenance standards, so it was a pleasure to see restoration work of the highest quality. I have had many staff members comment on the work you did. They were all impressed.
I wish to express my thanks to you for your candor and forthright opinions on the state of my automobile. You are, without a doubt, an experienced and knowledgeable person and you’re expertise is most certainly demonstrated by the acumen you display in your profession. I have found your immediate friendship and ability to extend your generous assistance an uncommon attribute. May I wish you well in every endeavors and challenge you may encounter.
You and your team will be pleased to know that the Armstrong Siddeley completed its journey from Ireland to Spain with nothing more adventurous than a flat tyre. So please send our praise onto your team for the fantastic work they achieved
